It is a serial on the childhood inspirational incidents of Indian national heroes. It is in narrative form, wherein the anchor takes a group of children through the incidents and identifies their relevance and learning for them. The anchor is being played by Mukesh Khanna, who has been quite popular among children and adult a like as Shaktimaan & Bheeshma Pitamah. The Indian heroes who are covered in the first series are Swami Dayanand Saraswati, Sardar Vallab bhai Patel, Lal Bhadur Shastri, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Chandrasekhar Azad, Jhansi ki Rani, Dr. B R Ambedkar etc . This programme shows that how in this present scientific age we are blindly performing age old rituals without understanding the real spirit behind the same. For instance, the rituals of Pitra-Shraddha in which we offer food and water to the dead ancestors, whether the same reaches to them is just a fig of imagination. The message is that there are many such traditions prevailing in our society, one should be prudent enough to discriminate right and wrong and must discard false and meaningless ribs.
